At Naturecan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your new apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
